Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Located on the Northwestern end of Lake Anna you'll find the outdoor retreat of your dreams - this sprawling seven-bedroom home. Drive through the home's private gate and let the adventures begin! Multiple outdoor spaces including a noticeably large front lawn and private hot tub will lure you to spend time communing with nature. A private boathouse that includes both indoor and outdoor seating is complete with kayaks, paddle boards, and a paddle boat. When you aren't cooling off in the water, chill-out by one of the three outdoor fire pits, or fire up the gas grill, outdoor griddle, or wood-fired pizza oven. Step inside and immediately feel at home in the spacious main living area with its vaulted ceiling and lovely double-stacked windows that allow tons of natural light and a gorgeous view of the lake to flood inside. The chef in the family will be itching to command the oversized kitchen with its top notch appliances, double oven, fridge with touch-screen technology, and wraparound counter space with enough seating for ten. The large formal dining table rounds out the dining space. On chilly nights, enjoy the fireplace and a cozy blanket in the living room. Stream your favorite TV shows and movies whenever you'd like on the large TV, or in one of the bedrooms. The primary bedroom on this floor has a full, en-suite bath, and private outdoor access. There are three additional bedrooms on this level. Hours of entertainment can be curated in the garage, equipped with epoxy flooring, and complete with a foosball table, ping-pong table, pool table, and an extra fridge. The fun continues in the lower level game room! Here, you'll find a full wet bar with a fridge, a seating area with a large TV and soft seating, multiple arcade games and board games, a Wii & Nintendo gaming console, a dart board, and easy access to the sunroom. There are three more bedrooms on this level along with another full bath. THINGS TO KNOW There is a private dock directly behind the home. A separate ice maker is available for guest use in the garage. Streaming services are available on some TVs. Guests’ must use their personal credentials to login. You must be 25 or older to rent this property. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia, LLC. This home is located on the public "cool" side of the lake. This home does not offer access to a community launch for guests with boats. You will have to use a public launch. The water at the dock to the home is roughly 7-9 ft. Firewood is not provided, guests will have to bring their own. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 7 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. It is so hard to find a place that has beds for adults, and this place has it! The bathroom sharing was very easy, the kitchen was big and fun to cook in and the views from the water were relaxing. We thought we would go out and explore the restaurants and wineries, but we didn't. BUT....when we went to use the kitchen items, dishes, pots, casserole dishes and knives were filthy and put away that way. They were disgusting and we had to rewash everything by hand and in the dishwasher. One of the bedspreads had white smear on it. The downstairs toilet had an issue where it kept running. When we called the property manager to inform them of the situation, they sent someone who said they fixed it but didn't. For the price, these issues should not be an issue. The location is perfect with privacy, shaded views of the lake from the deck in the morning, a spacious fire pit area overlooking the lake, as well as a great fishing spot off the dock and along the water’s edge! We had s’mores and an outdoor movie night by the fire, which was magical! The kayaks were also a big hit with everyone! The house had plenty of space for our family of 11 to spread out! The indoor video games were a nice evening activity in the lower level of the home. We were a bit disappointed that the dart board was not there even though it was pictured and a previous post said it had been replaced, but there were plenty of other things to do. We enjoyed early morning hot tub soaks and watching the fish jump and the squirrels play over our morning coffee. The large game room was a converted garage complete with pool, foosball, and ping pong tables, which were all in great shape. We would have been able to use them more if the A/C was working in that area, but we could never get the thermostat to work to cool it down despite reaching out to the manager about it, so it was quite hot in there! The laundry room had a great washer/dryer, and the grills were in the perfect location on the front deck close to the kitchen. The kitchen layout was perfect for cooking with several people at once, and the walk in pantry was so convenient! The front yard was huge! Overall, we were very happy with the property and had a great week! It is still not posted on here. We are posting another. We are not going to draw this one out but more so, just add the direct issues. Game room didnt have dart board. We weren't told beforehand. It was a giant machine moved out of the home. Someone could have let the renters know. Part of the games were a selling point. We brought our darts. Didn't happen. Life jackets. Only 1 was on site. We asked for 3 more. We were told they would drop off more the next day. No show. The whole time we were there, nothing was brought. No more Texts. No one showed up. Beautiful home but spiders EVERYWHERE. Not just outside (nature - cant help that, esp via the area) but inside, that's a problem. They shouldn't be all over IN the home. The STEEP hill to get to the dock is not mentioned as a "steep" hill. We had a family member who couldnt go down & enjoy the dock as the hill was far too steep. No steps, no railing to help assist. If you are older (or younger) with any type of hip, knee or leg issue, this is not an easy thing for you, via this property. \*IMPORTANT\* We had text conversations with the site manager before even thinking of going into any water. It's not listed on the rental page & nothing in any correspondence to the renters but there IS a 6 year+ issue with bacteria in the water at Lake Anna! I can't add more here, its limited!
