LICENSE TO CHILL II Welcome to License to Chill II. Located on Lake Anna, this 9400 square foot home has 8 bedrooms and offers a peaceful retreat for guests. Nestled in the lush Virginia countryside along the serene shores of Lake Anna, This stunning lakefront property offers an idyllic retreat for family reunions or group getaways. With breathtaking views and an abundance of outdoor and indoor activities, there is something for everyone to enjoy. The spacious home features 16 beds, comfortably accommodating up to 24 guests.  
  
Inside, entertainment options abound. The game room comes complete with a kitchen, wet bar, shuffle board table, air hockey, and foosball table.   
The main living area exudes a sophisticated clubhouse vibe with its vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a massive TV above the fireplace. The open floor plan encourages a sense of togetherness, allowing conversations to flow seamlessly throughout the space. The beautiful home theater will provide an excellent location to watch movies or sports.   
  
The gourmet kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances and a floating island breakfast bar, perfect for cooking up delicious meals. Enjoy these meals at the large formal dining table, where you can create cherished memories over home-cooked dinners or family game nights. The luxurious primary bedroom offers a private sanctuary with balcony access, a TV, and a lavish en suite bathroom featuring a double-sink vanity, a soaking tub, and a spacious walk-in shower. With plenty of additional bedrooms and bathrooms, every guest will feel comfortable and well-accommodated.  
  
The home also features its own boat ramp for easily getting your boat or jet skis in and out of the water.
