This home is located on the public "cool" side of the lake. This home does not offer access to a community launch for guests with boats. You will have to use a public launch. Firewood is not provided; guests will have to bring their own. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. I called to cancel but … if you book through Vacasa, there is a 50% fee to cancel! I’m not used to that as I’ve had other bookings and am used to 100% cancellation options. Anyway, we took a chance and went instead of losing money. As suspected we had to leave the next day for my dad. Oh well. Won’t book with Vacasa ever again! ##### Sue S.
