You will love our large waterfront lot with a private sandy beach, dock and boat house with chaise lounges. Have fun in the lake using the complimentary kayaks, paddle boards, and water toys. Take in the gorgeous blue lake water views while relaxing beside our outdoor fire pit, grilling delicious BBQ, on the large furnished screened in deck, or through the many large windows. The Space: Experience comfort and luxury at our brand new modern and spacious lakefront home on the Private Side of Lake Anna. Enjoy the panoramic blue water lake views from the large dock, atop of our deck with a screened in room, or from the comfort of inside the home through many of the large windows. You will love the entire property including nearly 200 feet of waterfront shoreline with a gently sloped naturally sandy bottom, warm freshwater, and a private beach. We provide lots of water toys including kayaks and paddle boards. Roast some delicious s'mores outside using our outdoor fire pit, or have a BBQ using our outdoor gas grill. Inside, this expansive home has plenty of space for everyone with 7 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, an open floor plan and multiple living areas. Relax in the spacious main great room with water views through the huge bright windows, large French doors, a gas fireplace, and 4K Smart TV. Hang out in the huge lower level game room and play ping-pong, watch a movie from our cozy large sectional couch, or have fun playing family appropriate games. This is one of the few homes at Lake Anna with High Speed Internet and a dedicated workspace, so you could work remotely if necessary. My husband and I rented it for our children, their spouses and our two grandchildren. Everyone had a beautiful and comfortable bedroom with their own bathroom and magnificent views of the lake everywhere! We do a family competition every year - so much fun - and there was plenty to do and plenty of space to do it. Amazing staff that was so accommodating. Amenities were wonderful, and the host was very clear and communicative ahead of time. We would love to return again but did encounter a few issues:- We encountered a leak in the basement that needed urgent attention. I had to text a few different folks on their team and message through VRBO, but they came promptly once the right people were engaged- The floors were extremely dirty. We took our shoes off upon entering the house and within 10 minutes, the bottoms of our socks were brown. We also found a significant amount of dust and dirt around and under the beds- Part of why we selected the property was because an EV charger was listed as an amenity in the original listing. Upon arrival, we found out there was not actually a charger - only a port for a chargerOverall, would return for a future visit and will recommend, but there were a few issues that we hope the host will resolve for the future. I recently booked this amazing place for a bachelorette weekend getaway. There were 6 ladies in total, looking for a place that was comfortable, spacious, and on the water. Our expectations were blown away! We were each able to have our own room and bathroom, plenty of space to lounge & socialize, and there were loads of activities to keep us occupied. The beds, linens, and towels were clean and comfy, and the property was immaculate! We cooked all meals while here, and the 2 refrigerators were more than enough to hold all of our food/beverages. All cookware, dish ware, glasses, and serving ware was available. We even found an air fryer and crockpot available for our use. We ate our meals on the screened in porch where we could see both sunrise and sunset. In the basement, there are games, putt-putt, mini Arcade player, giant Connect Four, and video games. I used the Roku to cast my Mac to play a game. While there were no kids, the bunk room, loft, and property space would be so perfect for a family trip! The outdoor space was our favorite! The dock has a closet with noodles, life vests, rafts. The beach was a nice spot to pick up shells and launch a kayak or paddleboard. Bride enjoyed fishing on the dock (catching several bluegills). We sat out by the firepit and enjoyed each others company along with s’mores. The bride was happy about her bachelorette trip, and the inlet was the perfect relaxation spot. We were all sad it ended, but we all hope to be back soon! ##### Sarah A. It has all of the amenities you will need for a lake vacation. We loved the kayaks and paddleboards on the private beach area. The house is new, so very clean. Ton of space to be together or have you own space if wanted. Kids will love the basement area. Communication with the managers was great. They were very responsive. They will call you the day before check-in. I only wish we had more time to stay. The extra refrigerator was very helpful. This was my first time staying on the private side and I would definitely do it again. Very little boat traffic in this cove.
