The Neighborhood: The Waters sub-division offers unparalleled living with a clubhouse, a pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, beach, and boat slips available for use on a first-come-first-served basis. This premier waterfront residential neighborhood community is located in the perfect spot near the center of Lake Anna on the exclusive private side. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing. This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stay—from 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of your departure. Getting Around: Our home is located in the The Waters sub-division. We have ample free parking at our home for large groups with many vehicles. The check in process was a huge disappointment. We were messaged at 10:00 a.m. that there was a problem with the keyless entry but they were working on it. We were assured it would be fixed by check in time which was at 4:00 p.m. The code they had assigned to us for the keyless entry wouldn't work according to the property host, Dan. I kept messaging Dan periodically as we traveled to the house. Once we arrived at the house at 4:00 p.m. we still couldn't get into the house. Once again I called Dan and said we needed to get into the house because we had groceries and small children along with an infant. I asked if he could assign us a different code.
