This property sits on the edge of a bluff overlooking the lake and boasts stunning views. The walk to the water has been made easier by the owner with steps down to the lake, and the deepwater boat dock is complete with a slide and space to tie up your boat. Water amenities include two kayaks, a stand-up paddleboard, a canoe, and life jackets for family fun on the water. A fantastic outdoor entertaining area consisting of a deck and patio is perfect for relaxing and enjoying those warm summer nights. Pool table in the game room. Each bedroom has a flatscreen TV and DVD player to enjoy the DVD library provided by the owners. In addition, there is also a flatscreen TV in each of the two common areas as well as surround sound. The living room has been updated with a brand new sofa and TV service with DVR. The kitchen has been completely reorganized with plenty of new utensils and cookware. There is also a new standing desk with wheels enabling remote work with a view.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
