Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This home is located on the public "cool" side of the lake. There is a community launch guests with boats can access. Firewood is not provided, guests will have to bring their own. Kayaks and paddle boards are available for guest use. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Dock details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. It is up a steep slope from the lake. There are steps that allow active people access, there is no lake access for infirm. We stayed in the late fall, which was lovely. The house has a screened porch overlooking the lake. Great place for coffee and relaxing on the outdoor couch and chairs. Kitchen had a lot of utensils, enough pots, pans, and spices. It was great that the coffee pot brews both k cup and regular brew pots! And it had an air fryer! The toaster is there too. Bedrooms are spaced with2 upstairs, 1 on the main floor and the bunk room in the basement, so lots of stair climbing possible. But it does give great space to do separate activities and space to get together! We really enjoyed our visit and definitely would stay here again. More lighting in the living area and outside walkways would improve the space. ##### Maren E. It was our first time staying at Lake Anna and we will definitely be back! Your home was very clean and perfect for our family. We loved the screened porch and sitting area down by the dock was great. Just a few suggestions, we could not find a can opener or toaster. And we couldn't get the icemaker to work. Also, my son brought his canoe and could not find a safe place to put it in the water and get in it. Perhaps a floating dock to stage canoes and kayaks would be helpful. No matter, we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and look forward to staying here in the future. ##### Brian C.
