Nestled in the heart of Blue Ridge Mountains, this river house is located at one of the most highly sought after fishing areas of the Toccoa. Situated just steps away from the water's edge, it offers unparalleled access to some of the best fly fishing in the areas. Inside, the living area is filled with natural light and stunning views of the river. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up delicious meals after a day on the water, and the cozy living room is ideal for curling up with a good book or streaming a movie with the high speed internet. The house features three bedrooms and two baths. It also has an additional room with pull out sofa for additional guests. Outside, the River House truly shines with the deck that makes you feel like you're touching the water and the outdoor sitting area with fire-pit and chairs. It was very peaceful and beautiful. The location was great, very quiet yet close enough to town to run to the store when needed. I do have some cons. Nothing that would stop me from staying there again but definitely need to know so you can be better prepared. When we arrived we immediately had to leave and run to the store. The cabin barely had any toilet paper in either bathroom (1 used roll in each bathroom that was pretty much empty), no sponge to clean dishes with, 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen that was pretty much empty as well. It was pretty inconvenient to walk in and not have necessities already there. With 7 of us staying Sunday-Friday I expected at least 1 full roll of TP in each bathroom to get us until the next day. I’ve stayed in plenty of VRBOs and have always had more than enough cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc to maintain the property for the duration of my stay…this one was definitely different and unexpected. The house itself was clean on the inside, but the outside could have been maintained a little better. I know the house is surrounded by trees but the amount of spider webs was definitely creepy and my kids did not enjoy that part at all. Beds were decently comfortable, except for the pull out couch. I would not recommend a teenager or adult sleeping on that mattress. Our 2 youngest slept on it and I was worried because it was extremely slanted where the foot of the bed was much higher than the head. ##### Justine J.
