Yard is large hill but still great area for kids to play. Basement is great for kids to play. Near the horseshoe bend park right on the river - maybe five minutes away. It was an awesome outing for the entire family. Playground, pavilion, picnic tables, picnic lunch, kids played and dads fished. Then kids fished. So much fun! The pool table was fun, but it needs leveling. We did have to bring our own pool cue tips since only one stick was playable. The second day we had to get a repairman to come out and fix a toilet and the dishwasher, but that was handled promptly and without interruption to our trip. I was really impressed that the bathrooms were fully stocked and that there was plenty of hot water. Lastly the check out process was simple. Overall, I'd recommend this spot. ##### Kyle S. Three couples and with a couple other adults and several young adults Kitchen large enough to accommodate cooking meals for all. Did not eat out once while there 4 days. Dining table only large enough for 8 Living is large. Used gas fireplace daily Views are great. From living room and porches. Pool table was used extensively along with hot tub. There is a lot to do in the small towns around but only went out once. Bowling at Fannin Bowling Lanes. Highly suggested we had a blast. No real complaints just comments. Dishwasher did not clean well. Maybe time for upgrade. Same for oven. Food took much longer and higher temps to cook than normal. Living room only enough seating for 6\. But that’s not a big deal. Brought kitchen chairs in and sat on floor. WiFi is not great but was actually nice kept people off phones for the most part. We had a family of 15 and we were very comfortable. We were able to spread out across 7 bedrooms, and there was plenty of room to sleep, cook, eat and hang out. They even had amenities that other Airbnbs sometimes don't provide, like laundry soap, plenty of trashbags, dishwashing soap, shampoo, makeup remover, extra blankets and pillows. There were two things that were a slight inconvenience for us, one of the beds on the main floor and the small table upstairs were broken, but we were able to make due. Washer would not fill with water, called maintenance, he came out and said it could not be fixed and said it needed to be replaced a while ago. Also had to have all outside lights replaced, none worked. Cleanliness of place was sub par. Dust everywhere and spots on several walls. Toothpaste splatters in every bathroom. All beds need to be replaced. Everyone woke up with backaches every morning. Thermostat would not go below 72 which was miserable upstairs, we were all sweating.
