We enjoyed seeing a family of deer, the horses and donkey that live nearby! The only room for improvement would be the check in and out time. We booked and paid in full for a 4pm check in and 10am checkout. This was changed by the owner after we booked and paid in full and we were asked to check in at 5pm and out at 9am. This was inconvenient and inconsistent with our booking. We asked to have the original times honored and it was brushed off as an issue with cleaning services being short staffed. We did not receive the code for checking in until after inquiring at 5pm. After the code was provided the owner offered his direct number for issues which was nice. He also had his property manager drop off donuts for the group. Overall a great experience minus the irritation with check in and out times. ##### Jenna M. We really enjoyed our time at the house and in the Blue Ridge area. The home was immaculate and met all of our needs. The kids loved the game room, hot tub and we enjoyed the fire pit nightly. When we arrived the home was spotless. It is evident that the owners put a lot of thought and love into the home. We had everything there we needed, including clothing racks in the rooms without closets, plenty of places to hang towels, lots of dishes for larger groups, and top of the line appliances. Our kids loved the bunk room and the creek! The location was perfect, just a short 15 minute drive into Blue Ridge.
