The BnB building, its bedrooms and grounds were a delight, the breakfast was fantastic and above all Sally was a font of knowledge about the area. My parents loved visiting the local sights with Sally, who took them to the sculpture forest and town museum - they loved learning about the history of the region, the development of the area through the logging industry and the expansion of lock technologies across the lakes. You are instantly greeted by amazing hosts and made to feel so welcomed in their home. In the evening, the host encourages gatherings and conversations. And the next morning you are treated to a gourmet and filling breakfast while playing interesting guessing games and continuing the evening conversations. That is exactly the experience we had with Sally, Jan and Ace at the wonderful Sonny Rocks B&B. Sally and Jan were friendly, accommodating and lovely. It was my first experience in a b & b and I'm certainly glad it was with Sunny Rock. At my first night, Sally suggested a room that was an upgrade from the one I chose free of charge which I greatly appreciated. Sally was also helpful in suggesting some local nature hiking trails that were great and others activities to do around the area.
