The setting was gorgeous. The onsens were so lovely. The food was great and the service was warm and friendly. We would highly recommend it. This onsen maintains a high level of professionalism while not losing any of its charm. The service was absolutely outstanding from the moment we arrived. The staff were attentive and lovely. The room was both charming and comfortable, while the food was one of the best we’ve had during our stay in Kyushu. It is located fairly centrally, right by the bus stop and a short walk to the main shopping area. We booked a room with a private onsen. It was beautiful, spacious, and immaculately clean. Meals were served in the room, and we were given a choice of the time we wanted to have them. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The baths were lovely, with both an indoor and outdoor open air portion. They are tattoo friendly.
