"This was a newly built hotel. Good size rooms, everything was comfortable including beds. I would pick 2 twin bed rooms since they intent to be more on the larger end or better lay outs. Staff was pretty helpful, big hotel. Area was not great for us. But thats Osaka. We would definitely come back to this hotel but not sure about the area. It was a great stay for the price"

"First time staying at a onsen/bathhouse accommodation and it was a great experience. Besides the lobby, the hotel is all tatami mat so no shoes allowed when roaming around. Would consider again when in the Osaka area"
