"It’s hard to say what the most important thing is for a hotel stay. Is it 1) the property and room, 2) the food or 3) the staff? Well, it doesn’t matter with this property cause you’re winning on all 3. Quiet location at the end of summer/beginning of autumn, room size was good, room was clean, bed was fairly comfortable, bedding was great (the best pillows of the 8 hotels I’ve stayed in Japan). "無人で静かで、セキュリティは万全。細かい気遣いがしてあり、居心地が良かった。スタジオもサービスが良かった。施設の操作はやや難しかったけど、とても、後になって、安心出来た。天気は雪だったけど、対応出来ました。全体的に素晴らしい宿泊施設でした。ありがとうございました。"

"It was great experience staying at this place. Right after we went to gala Yuzawa ski came back to the hotel and dipped ourselves into the large Ofuro in the basement. Smoking was not allowed inside or well outside the house so it was the only problem me and my friends faced during the stay but all in all we enjoyed our stay at the place. Place is warm and cozy. Recommend for friends and family or in groups over 5 people. "
