Just six kilometers from the beaches, two kilometers from the lake, and a short walk from shops, it boasts an ideal location for fully enjoying your vacation. Numerous entertainment and activities are also available nearby: a market, a cinema, a theater, golf, treetop adventure park, a water sports center, a municipal swimming pool, and many more. One of the great features of this house is its private pool, a true invitation to relax. Entirely reserved for your use, it will allow you to enjoy the joys of swimming at any time of day, in complete tranquility, whether to cool off after a trip to the beach or simply to relax with family or friends. The approximately 885 m² enclosed garden also offers a beautiful outdoor space, equipped with a barbecue, deckchairs, and garden furniture for convivial al fresco meals or lazy afternoons by the water.
