Come and discover this charming 3-star house, located in the ideal location for an unforgettable holiday. It can accommodate up to 8 people, making it the perfect choice for a stay with family or friends.   
You will be ideally located at the foot of the cycle paths, to explore the region through dunes and forests. In just a few minutes, you can reach our magnificent fine sandy beaches.   
Its privileged location will allow you to enjoy a multitude of activities and entertainment nearby: weekly markets, cinema, theater, 9-hole golf course, tree climbing, paintball, nautical base, flowery promenade, municipal swimming pool, pétanque, pala… A wide range of leisure activities for young and old!   
The interior of the house is designed to guarantee a pleasant and comfortable stay.   
It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob, mini-oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kettle… everything you need to prepare your meals. The living room is spacious and friendly, with a sofa bed and a flat screen TV for relaxing moments. The house also has three bedrooms: two 140 cm beds, a 90 cm bed and a sofa bed. A baby bed is also available for the little ones. You will also find a bathroom and a separate toilet for more comfort.  
Outside, a pretty garden with trees and a furnished terrace will allow you to enjoy sunny days for relaxing moments with family or friends.  
In addition, the house is equipped with Wi-Fi, allowing you to stay connected and share your memories with ease during your stay.

#### Il s'agissait d'une première location. elle n'était pas au niveau des attendus pour une location ...

Maison dans un lotissement. Le jardin manque d'entretien et est encombré. Il n'est ni accueillant devant, ni propice à la détente derrière. La maison nécessite un nettoyage surtout, la cuisine et un changement du réfrigérateur congélateur, qui ne ferme pas. Une fuite au wc a été signalée et la wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas. Une arrivée de radiateur branlante , laissée sans protection dans la cuisine à hauteur d'enfant. Ils s'agit de choses qui peuvent être modifiées facilement pour améliorer la qualité de l'accueil des estivants.
