### Charming House with Garden, Sleeps 8, Near Beaches and Activities in Mimizan

Want to discover our resort and its breathtaking scenery? We have just what you need!  
Come and stay in this charming house, ideally located at the foot of the cycle paths, and explore our region, nestled between dunes and forests. In just a few minutes, you can reach our superb sandy beaches and the lively center of Mimizan Plage.  
Its prime location allows you to enjoy numerous activities nearby: tennis courts, pétanque courts, bullrings, paddleboarding, jet skiing, the Maillouheyre trail, not to mention a multitude of restaurants, bars, and other must-see spots in our resort.  
The interior of the house is designed to offer all the necessary comforts and can accommodate up to 8 people, ideal for convivial moments with family or friends. It includes a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee makers, toaster) and a lounge/dining area (TV, sofa and sofa bed), three comfortable bedrooms with three double beds (140 cm) and one single bunk bed (90 cm), a shower room and a separate WC.  
  
Outside, the fully enclosed 900 m² garden is a true haven of peace, perfect for relaxing or for children to play safely. A sunny holiday awaits!  
Optional services:  
Linen rental: €20 per kit/week  
Bath kit: €15/week  
Baby cot: €10/week  
WiFi box: €40/week
