Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the region by exploring the sandy beach "la garluche" located 600 meters away or take a leisurely stroll along the cycle lane just 200 meters from the property. For those seeking adventure, the bathing lake "Aureilhan" is a mere 9 kilometers away, offering a refreshing escape from the summer heat.

Enjoy the convenience of having a shop, grocery store, and bakery within 600 meters of the property, while a shopping center is conveniently located 6 kilometers away. Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 3-room house spanning 72 square meters across three levels on the first floor. The comfortable and modern furnishings include a living/dining room with a flat-screen TV and an electric heater, with access to a terrace. On the second upper floor, there is an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob with one hotplate and three gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules. This level also leads to another terrace. The shower and separate toilet are located on this floor as well. The third upper floor houses two bedrooms: one with a French bed (160 cm, 200 cm length) and an electric heater, and another with two beds (90 cm, 190 cm length) and an electric heater.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient vacation stay. You will have access to two terraces spanning 10 square meters, one facing south and the other west, complete with terrace furniture and a barbecue. Additionally, a washing machine and iron are provided for your convenience. Complimentary WiFi internet access is available, and a reserved parking spot for one car is included. Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and a maximum of one pet or dog is allowed. For your safety, a smoke alarm is installed.

This vacation rental is a private individual's offering, as per Art. 155, IV of CGI. The property features electric heating throughout, ensuring a comfortable stay during cooler months.
