Unit Layout  
The SC C06 is a 3-room maisonette vacation property with a comfortable and modern design, spanning 54 square meters. The living room features a TV with a flat screen and a DVD player. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, two ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, and capsules for both Tassimo and filter coffee machines.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine, an iron, and Wi-Fi internet access free of charge. It has a terrace measuring 10 square meters, with both west and north-facing positions, furnished with terrace furniture and an electric barbecue. Additionally, a reserved parking space (number 19) is provided.  
  
Other Information  
The upper floor of the SC C06 vacation maisonette consists of two bedrooms. One bedroom has a 90 cm wide bed with a length of 190 cm, while the other bedroom features a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm long. The property also has a separate shower room and a separate toilet. Non-smokers are the only accepted guests, and a maximum of one pet or dog is allowed on the premises. A smoke alarm is installed for safety purposes. This offer is made by a private individual in accordance with Art. 155, IV of CGI.  
  
The following might be to be paid extra: Babycot, High chair, Pet, Refundable Security Deposit by credit card.
