Welcome to Ludo and Sophie's home, a new home rated 3 stars by the Mimizan Tourist Office in 2022

Built in 2021, this modern home features air conditioning and has a total floor area of 85 m² set on a fully fenced and landscaped private garden of 500 m².
The interior of the house consists of:
- a 43 m² living area comprising a living room, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, etc.)
- 3 bedrooms. : 2 bedrooms with 160x200 beds, and a children’s bedroom with one 90x200 bed and a bunk bed.
- a separate bathroom with a double sink and a walk-in shower
- a garage equipped with a washing machine where you can store your bulky items and your golf, surfing, and biking gear...
The main outdoor living area for summer meals, swimming, and relaxing features:
- a 7x3 m heated saltwater pool, secured with a bar-style cover
- outdoor furniture: patio set, lounge chairs, tables and dining
chairs, and a large griddle for your outdoor meals

Right nearby, you’ll find:
- the forest and bike path less than 1 minute away,
- all grocery stores (bakery, butcher shop, ...), a supermarket, and a pharmacy less than a 5-minute walk away,
- the beach, about 5 km away, also accessible via the bike path,
The rate includes end-of-stay cleaning as well as linens (sheets with beds made before your arrival, bath towels, bath mats, dish towels, etc.).
