Come spend an unforgettable vacation in this charming cottage located in Mimizan Plage, on the south side, just steps from the bike paths and close to the ocean. Ideal for a stay with family or friends, this house can accommodate up to 6 people.  
The bright living area includes a sitting area with a sofa bed that sleeps two, as well as a flat-screen TV for your relaxation. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen has a mini-oven, microwave, stovetop, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator. On the ground floor, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.  
Upstairs, a mezzanine with two single beds provides a comfortable space for children or other guests. Outside, a terrace with a table, chairs, and a plancha grill will allow you to enjoy convivial meals al fresco, while the small garden with lounge chairs is perfect for relaxing moments. Private parking is also available.  
This cottage is ideal for a relaxing and friendly vacation in Mimizan Plage.
