Mimizan Plage: Residence "Pêcheur", built in 2019, offers a comprehensive range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The property features a fenced swimming pool (155 cm deep) available seasonally from June 1 to September 30, with pool opening hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Guests can also enjoy a children's pool and an outdoor shower. Internet WiFi, parking facilities, and an installment plan option are provided for added convenience. The residence is thoughtfully designed to cater to your needs, allowing you to make the most of your vacation rental experience.  
  
Outdoors  
The residence is ideally situated in the resort of Mimizan Plage, France, just 100 meters from the center of de Mimizan Plage, 600 meters from the edge of the forest, and 200 meters from the sea and beach. Outdoor enthusiasts can explore the nearby lake, located just 9 kilometers away. For those seeking water-based activities, a surf school is conveniently located 250 meters away, while a sailing school is accessible within a 6-kilometer radius.

The complex offers a storage room for bicycles, as well as shared washing machines and tumble dryers for added convenience. Les balcons des pêcheurs C25 is a 3-room apartment with a living/dining room with TV and international TV channels (flat screen), electric heating, and an exit to the balcony. It has one room with a french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), another room with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), and a sleeping alcove with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). The apartment measures 56 m2 and is located on the 1st floor, featuring modern furnishings.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment comes equipped with an open kitchen that includes a dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, and Capsules for coffee machine (Senseo) extra. It also has a shower and a separate WC. The large balcony measures 12 m2 and offers partial views of the swimming pool, along with balcony furniture. Other amenities include Internet (WiFi, free), a reserved parking space n c25, and a smoke alarm.  
  
Other Information  
You are allowed to bring one small pet or dog during your vacation at Les balcons des pêcheurs C25. Please note that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
