Ideally located in Mimizan Plage, come discover this charming two-bedroom duplex apartment featuring an entrance hall with a living room/kitchenette and a bathroom with a toilet on the ground floor.  
  
Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and a closet, a second sleeping area with a bunk bed, a 90x190cm bed, and a toilet.  
  
In addition, there's a lovely outdoor area and a private storage room for storing your bikes, surfboards, etc.  
  
A parking space and a shared heated swimming pool complete the experience.  
  
The bike path, which connects to all the points of interest around Mimizan, is right next to the apartment, perfect for beautiful walks in the Landes forests!  
  
BED SHEETS AND BATH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED IN THE RENTAL. (Please bring the essentials: toilet paper, household and beauty products, paper towels, salt/pepper, oil, etc.)
