In the resort 100 m from the centre of Mimizan-Plage, in a central, busy position, 100 m from the sea, 100 m from the beach. In the complex: lift, storage room for bicycles. Parking. Grocery 80 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 80 m, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Labouheyre" 30 km, sandy beach "la garluche" 100 m, park "Landes aventures" 6 km, indoor swimming pool 6 km, bathing lake "Aureilhan" 10 km. Golf course (9 hole) 7 km, surf school 100 m, riding stable 7 km. Nearby attractions: Bassin Arcachon 70 km, Biscarrosse 35 km, Casino Mimizan - Plage 1 km, Centre Nautique 6 km. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked.
