Come discover our magnificent region and settle down in this beautiful apartment which can accommodate up to 4 people.  
It benefits from an ideal location in the heart of Mimizan.  
In fact, it is located only 2km from the lake and 5km from the ocean. Ideal for young and old!  
You will find shops and many services nearby: weekly markets, cinema, theater, flower promenade...  
For the more sporty, you can challenge yourself in several activities in the surrounding area: 9-hole golf course, disc golf, tree climbing, paintball, water sports center, municipal swimming pool, pétanque, pala…  
On the interior side, the apartment is equipped with all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay.  
It includes a spacious and bright living room with living room (flat screen TV and WIFI) and fitted and equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster ), two bedrooms (a 140 cm bed and a 160 cm bed), a bathroom (washing machine and dryer) and a separate toilet.  
Outside, a pleasant terrace with garden furniture and a little patch of greenery will allow you to enjoy our beautiful sunny days and balmy summer evenings.  
Finally, you will have a private parking space.  
Optional services:  
Sheet rental: €20 per kit / week  
Bath kit: 15€ / week  
Baby bed: 10€ / week
