Leider war die Unterkunft nicht sehr sauber, als ich diese bezogen habe. Toilette ist mini, Dusche ebenfalls, das Bett ist für eine Single Person in Ordnung, zwei etwas größere Personen dürften in dem Appartement ihre Schwierigkeiten haben. In der Planung war die Kommunikation mit der Agentur Poplidays sehr mühsam: Entgegen der genauen Aussage Poplidays war es sehr wohl möglich, Bettwäsche und Handtücher über die Agentur vor Ort zu bekommen. Zweitens wurde eine sehr hohe Kaution verlangt (900 ), die nicht durch den Zustand der Wohnung gerechtfertigt war und die zwangsweise über einen externen Dienstleister abgewickelt, der mich anschließend mit Versicherungsangeboten bombardierte. Ich warte noch auf die Rückerstattung meiner Kaution. Wenn es um relevante Fragen ging, verwies Poplidays an die Agentur vor Ort, gab mir die entsprechenden Daten aber erst wenige Tage vor dem Aufenthalt. Mit der örtlichen Agentur Orpi Leray in Mimizan konnte nur telefoniert werden, was dadurch erschwert wurde, dass nur französisch gesprochen wurde. Vor Ort war der Kontakt sehr hilfreich, freundlich und flexibel. Die Wohnung selbst hat eine tolle Lage und verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz und einen neuen Aufzug. Sie wurde anscheinend teilweise renoviert, es gibt aber Nachholbedarf. Die Küche ist mit einer bunten Sammlung von Geschirr, Töpfen und Besteck ausgestattet. Nicht alle Steckdosen funktionieren. Ein Rollladen im Schlafzimmer war defekt und deshalb die ganze Zeit unten, was die Aufsicht deutlich beeinträchtigte. Der Balkon ist renovierungsbedürftig und wird gerne von Vögeln besucht, was die Sauberkeit beeinträchtigt. Le logement est confortable, propre et bien agencé, avec en plus une place de parking très pratique à Mimizan Plage.Petit bémol : trop de bruits la nuit causé par des fêtards sur la plage, et un manque de vaisselle pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner sur place.Mention spéciale pour l’accueil de l’agence, qui a été impeccable du début à la fin.
