About the Building:   
This is an older building. Though the unit has been renovated and nicely updated, the walls are on the thin side. We provide ear plugs and a white noise machine to help with this, but also ask our guests to be conscientious of noise as well, especially after quiet hours.   
  
Some of the pipes in the building are old. Water may not run clear when first turned on, but will run clear within seconds. There is a water filter in the fridge.   
  
This building features radiant heat, which can result in some light ticking or knocking sounds when the heat is operating. We provide a white noise machine for those who might be sensitive to these sounds.   
  
The air conditioning is a wall unit installed beneath the picture window in the living room.

I would rate this a 4.5\. This was an excellent and convenient location, very attractively decorated, good amenities. The only thing was the kitchen floor and mat in front of the sink was tacky under our shoes. Also the person above the apt played music loudly every evening and on weekends.

#### Great spot in a nice location

We drove in from canada, host was very informative and responsive with any of our issues. Location was great for us as it was right next to the highways that lead to downtown and back out of town. Would definitely stay again

#### Great Place to stay!

We rented this property for the Midwest Collegiate bowling tournament. Great neighborhood and underground parking. It was close to where we needed to be. It is close to the Milwaukee Zoo. We can’t wait to come back next year and take in the zoo.

Ian was great host and very informative about the check in process. We rented this apartment for my family to stay while in town visiting from out of state. It was easy to find and the location is perfect, which is directly across the street from the Milwaukee Zoo. Very close to restaurants and conveniently located off the freeway. The apartment itself was very quaint and enough for two people. The King size bed was a major plus. Garage parking was another plus since we had a snow storm during the stay. We would choose again if we get visitors in the future.

#### Perfect Gem, Close to Downtown!

Ian is super good at communicating and very easy to work with. I had zero troubles finding the place or getting into it. The apartment is in a very clean, very safe building. The underground parking garage was very nice to have access too. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen is well-stocked. And the king sized bed is very comfortable. Could not have been happier with our choice to rent this little gem!! Thanks!
