Free three day parking is available by registering on the city's website (and there is always parking available as we are on a corner and not many people park on the street here) Longer parking is available as well, just ask at the time of booking.

Guests have access through a private entrance but should note that access to the basement locked off. However, guests do still have access to a small laundry room in the basement through a central stairway.

LOCATION:

Bay View is a desirable Milwaukee area with tons of great restaurants and a wonderful large park. We are located one block from that park (Humboldt) and love to stroll around watching ducks and geese, play with our kids at the playground, or sit on the hill with take away and have a picnic. Like anywhere, we recommend removing valuables out of your vehicle and locking your car doors at night.

There is a "eat street" along Kinnickinnic where you can explore all sorts of great food options. I'll break down our favorites by category below:

The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
