This apartment features direct access to the Fiserv Forum through an attached skywalk, a rooftop patio with skyline views, a fitness center, lounge, and more. The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. Amenities: Self check-in, high-speed Wifi, laptop-friendly workspace, in-unit laundry, smart TV with Chromecast, Keurig, fitness center, and rooftop patio & lounge Location: \- Connected to the Fiserv Forum through an enclosed skywalk \- 5 minute drive to Downtown, Third Ward, and Marquette University \- Walkable to the Deer District, Water St. bars, and Pabst Brewery District Parking: \- This listing includes one free parking space in a secured parking garage (the 5th Street Parking Structure) which has direct and enclosed access to the building. It had most everything we needed. We did run out of paper towels once but the property manager took care of it quickly. The check in/out process was a little kludgy in that you have to park on the street temporarily, run up to the apartment to pick up or drop off the garage pass. Not really a big deal but a little different... Having the garage is totally worth it. Property manager was very responsive to everything and I would certainly stay here again. I felt this property warranted one. The property was exactly as advertised, clean and comfortable and in a great area, close to everything downtown Milwaukee has to offer. The communication with manager was fantastic and we had two rather significant asks of the manager, I would have understood a no to both but got quick yes responses to both requests.
