About the Building:   
This is an older building. Though the unit has been renovated and nicely updated, the walls are on the thin side (we provide ear plugs and a white noise machine to help with this, but also ask our guests to be conscientious of noise as well, especially after quiet hours).   
  
Some of the pipes in the building are old. Water may not run clear when first turned on, but will run clear within seconds. There is a water filter in the fridge.   
  
This building features radiant heat, which can result in some light ticking or knocking sounds when the heat is operating. We provide a white noise machine for those who might be sensitive to these sounds.   
  
The air conditioning is a wall unit installed beneath the picture window in the living room.

#### Cozy Spot in 'Tosa

This location is in a nice, accessible area. Overall, it was comfortable apartment stay within an apartment building, located on the backside of the building which deflects the road traffic noise and frequent trains. It is walking distance to local restaurant venues, walking trails, and ball fields. For cooling, the apartment has one window AC unit in the living room, and no AC unit in the bedroom. Fortunately, the days were cooler during my stay, and there was a fan to use at night. The host was very attentive with messaging and ensuring everything was acceptable in the unit.

#### Great Location within Walking Distance of the Village

Overall, this property was wonderful. It was clean, nicely appointed, and in a very quiet building. The check in and check out procedures were seamless. Ian was so nice and very responsive whenever we had any questions. If your travels take you to Wauwatosa or anywhere near there, I highly recommend this rental. You are literally within blocks of all that Wauwatosa has to offer.

Arrival late in the evening, older building but looked clean and keyes were as instructed. Code entry to apartment, and vola! Beautiful, modern and lightness. Everything was perfectly clean! Neighborhood, services, all very good. Would recommend to everyone prefering versatile, clean and peaceful environment!

#### Perfect for out of state employees!

We booked this location for our employee that was traveling from Germany. It was an excellent location for anyone that is here short-term, but would like to have an "at home" feel! Definitely will be back soon!!
