They didn’t have any people to clean the room. You’d think for $180 a night they’d at the least have some people to clean the room and give clean towels. Terrible experience

Even though our refrigerator wasn't working and we found it odd that the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan, everything else was wonderful.

We were in town for a basketball tournament. It was easy access to both of the venues we played at plus a variety of restaurants and gas stations. The players and families enjoyed the pool area until it closed at 11pm. The breakfast wasn’t great but hotel breakfasts rarely are. So our only complaint was that the beds were not very comfortable even for the teens. They were too hard which made for a rough night sleep for everyone. Oh and I guess a few of the guys brought their Xbox and the Wi-Fi was not sufficient for them to play.

As 1st timers to their property, they should have provided us with a better view room. But instead, the put us with a view of their lower roof, nothing to view!

Also, if you did not make us aware of your dislike of the view, we are unable to fix the issue. The receptionist immediately informed us that there is no pool in the facility that is working. She sees that we have a dog coming in, leaving the hotel, and coming back, then she asks as hostile as possible" Is this animal staying in the room?" we answered yes because this hotel is pet-friendly right? She says "I don't make the rules here" The pet fee is $100 and you need to sign a paper. I have been in at least 5 other hotels from Seattle to Chicago, the pet fee at the most is $50.00. This is the most outrageous pet fee I have ever heard of for a low-star hotel like this in the middle of nowhere Wisconsin. Never booking with them again.

You spoke with one of the managers as you were departing to make her aware of the situation and a sincere apology was given, as well as a partial refund for the pet fee. An additional compensation would've been made, however, you booked with Expedia, and we are unable to modify third party reservations. Hopefully the customer service that was provided to you before departing was enough to make you reconsider, "never booking with us again" and return to the property, so we are able to earn a 5/5 rating from you. Overall it was a good stay and a nice property. They are pet friendly and have a brochure that lists any pet service you may need including emergency care.

I am always happy with Hamptons, wherever they are, and use them a lot. Very reliable compared to some others at that price. Comfortable bed, reliable heating/cooling and decent free breakfast.

This is a nice hotel in a great location. Traveling solo and with dogs, I always appreciate a well-lit, spacious parking lot with ample grass areas to potty the dogs, and this hotel was perfect for that. It is clean, quiet, and well maintained. The breakfast was perfect!

Booked a week and half in advance for a two queen suite room, only to be call on the day of my reservation and told they didn’t have the room, and was put in a single king room for 4 adults and two children. And apparently those rooms cost the same. Then when finally showed up to the place and asked for a couple more pillows we were told no we couldn’t get anymore and also that we couldn’t get a cot even because we “didn’t reserve one”

Hello Jacob,We reached out to you the day before you arrived to make you aware of the situation and you returned our call the following day. Unfortunately, you booked at our property but used a third party (Expedia) so although you booked a week and a half in advance you did not pay a deposit directly to us to guarantee your room type. Therefore, if someone comes in a few days before you arrive and pays for the room; they are entitled to that room until they depart. I do apologize that this information was not given to beforehand. Please always call the hotel directly after booking with our third-party companies so that all of your questions can be answered, and your concerns can be looked into. You were given the option to cancel your reservation or check into a King Suite and you decided to take the room. Being that you booked through a third party we cannot modify your reservation so we couldn't apply a discount to your reservation. Also, the rate is typically the same for all suites, whether it is a King or Queen. I do apologize once again for the inconvenience you and your family had to endure. We were sold out during the duration of your stay, so we were very limited on blankets, pillows, cots/rollaways, etc. We hope that you will return in the future so that we can give you and your family a better guest experience.

The pool wasn’t working. The employees at the desk were very apologetic but the manager was a real “B”. She was interrupting the employees while they were talking to customers and talking down to them in front of all of us. She was not nice at all.
