Building amenities include a fitness center, food court, vending machines, theater, and community kitchen with free Starbucks coffee machine. The space: HVAC systems are controlled by the building\`s management company and settings cannot be adjusted by guests, however the building has central heat and A/C and maintains comfortable levels of each throughout the year. Because the building is primarily operated as student housing, the living spaces are relatively compact. However, we\`ve still made space for two work desks, a dining table, and flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. Instructions for accessing the garage will be provided prior to your arrival \- Additional parking is available in the same garage and costs $20/day (and increases during events) \- Metered street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. Keep in mind Milwaukee requires anyone parking on the street overnight to register for a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights by calling the city and requesting one \- The garage has a vertical clearance of 7\`2\` which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or full-size vans Other things to note: \- Check-in for this listing ends at 9pm CST \- The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a low curb but it does not have a traditional tub \- The community laundry room requires using the Wash mobile app which has a $10 reload minimum. The cost per load for washers and dryers is roughly $2 each \- Trash must be placed in dumpster or trash chute, never left in public areas. Cardboard must be broken down and never placed down trash chute.
