Attended a winging ceremony at Whiting Field. Location was convenient to that and downtown Milton. Walked the Blackwater Creek trail a couple of times. Grocery store within 10 minutes. Property was clean. Full sized kitchen. A/C worked well.

#### Comfortable quiet stay
My husband and I spent a week in this apartment adjoining a house in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The bedding was very comfortable. The kitchen was complete and full sized for cooking. The barstools next to the island counter allowed a place for eating and working. A 2 person couch/futon provided adequate seating. There is a small closet/pantry combination which provided enough space for our week of food and clothing on hangars. The outdoor screened porch had 2 chairs for morning coffee and looked out on the beautiful backyard. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking to get away from a hotel setting, especially if you plan to stay for multiple nights since there is a cleaning and insurance fee added.

Convenient location for us. Location was clean and fairly new. Easy to get to. We felt it was a little small for two adults, especially the bed. Instructions for using the ROKU TV would have been good also. We couldn't get the local channels.

I was very wary booking this as I have not done it for work before but this place is awesome! EVERYTHING was perfect! Location was only 30-40 minutes from my sales calls. It is a quiet neighborhood and with the private entrance, is actually better than a hotel! Cleaner than a hospital and had everything I needed for a good trip... quiet at night! Better than any hotel and a personal touch from the property owners! So glad I found this and I highly suggest trying it out for solo or couples travel.

This property is very clean, has very thing you will need if you would like to make meals. The owner is thoughtful and goes beyond leaving you water in the fridge, some snacks, popcorn, and candies . There was shampoo and all the toiletries you could need in case you forgot to pack . Easy access to check in, private entrance . My husband complemented the fitness of the mattress . With in close distance of places to eat as well.
