Came up from the states for a seminar. Seminar changed locations (less than 48 hours) and tried changing hotel locations but "management" would not allow that to occur even if it was the same chain. Very rude "management" and very disappointing with Best Western chain. Will NOT be booking with them anywhere again.

The property was what I expected for a facility at this level. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. There were apples to take on our arrival. There was a coffee urn at the front desk in the morning. The pool and fitness area was clean and very usable. Restaurant staff were awesome. The room heat was off when we arrived, and I had to figure out how to get it going. The room was clean, but there were the odd splits in the wallpaper where the seams met. Overall the place met my expectations.

service was terrible, I got there at 5pm and the room wasnt ready, the clerk went to check the room and came back saying it was ready, when I got to the room it was dirty, empty bottles, trash not picked up, did not look like it was cleaned at all and obviously the clerk did not check on the room as he would have seen the trash which was obvious as soon as I walk in.

Had two rooms 407 ok. 507 needs upgrade. Restaurant food poor.

THE SHOWER DID NOT WORK, BATHTUB TOOK 20 MINUTES TO DRAIN ,CURTAINS WERE STAINED AND SMELLED TERRIBLE. BATHROOM SMALL AND CRAMPED AND THE WHOLE ROOM IS VERY WORN.A GOOD CONTRACTOR STAY ROOM NOT GOOD FOR JUST A FEW DAYS STAY. VERY DISSAPPOINTED. NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN

It was nice, but the walls are paper thin(to be fair, my room had an adjoining room/door). I can here my neighbours every conversation, and the chime of they’re cell phones. Other than that my stay was good!
