"I’ve stayed in Burlington several times, seen this place in the listings and ignored it because it wasn’t a H… property. That was a mistake. This is a great place. Wonderful property, nicely decorated in lodge style. My room was really comfortable with a couch, leather chair and TV, a table, a full kitchen, bathroom with double access, and a comfortable bedroom and bed. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a comfortable place to stay in Burlington. "

"This place was the best. I travel with a senior dog and requested a first floor room next to an exit. The hotel emailed me right after I made the reservation inquiring if I had any special request. When I told them what I'd like, they assured me it was taken care of and it was perfect. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Love the full refrigerator and the other amenities. The staff was awesome, check-in and out was easy. Breakfast was good. The area was safe and plenty of places to walk. I can't stop raving about this location. It is on my "to stay again there" list. "

"I just want to say how unbelievably rude, off putting and un helpful the concierge is! I have never experienced such poor hospitality in all of my travels. Glaring at me as I approached her. So unwilling to offer any information besides a old marked up peice of paper with scratched out phone numbers. Not even a hello or welcome. As some who also works in hospitality I’ve never seen such a poor display in my career from any co workers either. If she hates her job so much she should quit instead on denying guests info in maximizing their experience in Stowe. You’re better off just googling because she is useless and beyond rude!"
