It is located in a strategic position not far from the paths that lead to Etna, from the city of Catania from the beautiful Taormina, and from the beaches. The chalet boasts a construction using organic materials, consists almost entirely of wood, and consists of a living room with kitchen, a full bathroom with washing machine, a double bedroom and a lovely loft in which there is a double room. The chalet is furnished in detail, and equipped with every type of comfort: TV, climate, oven, fridge, washing machine, pots and pans, wi-fi in the common areas, linens for the house, large outdoor areas equipped with barbecue, garden table and seat free car inside the property. From the magnificent residence is the landscape, during all hours of the day our guests will witness a show of lights and colors always different, from dawn to dusk, from the midday sun to the night lights of the coast. Also for our autumn guests the show is even greater because the centuries-old chestnut trees that surround our chalet look like big arms, which offer curls overflowing with tasty chestnuts. The chalet is located within a large property, where there are fruit trees, a small vineyard, leafy chestnut trees under which you can stop during your walks; scattered among the nature there are three holiday homes, each of which has a private outdoor space, and a newly built swimming pool shared with the other guests from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of both Etna and the coast. There are two large solarium areas equipped with cots and games for children, wifi. Milo is the ideal place to spend both summer and winter holidays, there are many restaurants with typical cuisine and shops where you can buy local products, and hosts every year gastronomic initiatives such as "ViniMilo", and sporting initiatives such as Etna Marathon Mtb. it is the ideal base for a holiday of trekking and skiing on Mount Etna, relaxation, culture and historical cities, going to discover the beauties of Eastern Sicily such as Taormina, Naxos, Le Gole, Catania, Syracuse. We will be happy to offer our guests a bio wine of our production and we provide upon request high chair and cot with a small additional cost per night. \-Rustic "Sunflower" is located in Milo, on the slopes of Mount Etna among the majestic chestnut trees, not far from the paths that lead to Etna, the city of Catania and the beautiful Taormina. the cottage has been expertly restored, and has been given to the house of the warmth of Sicilian historic houses. Une très belle piscine, agréable en été et un espace extérieur privé sous les châtaigniers. Situé entre les villes décrite, une place de parking situé à l'intérieur de la propriété. Vue sur la mer, la ville et l'Etna. Très bonne accueille avec une bouteille, des fruits. ##### christelle l. Die Lage ist super zwischen Ätna und Meer. Sehr schattiger und schöner Garten. Ohne Auto eher nicht zu empfehlen. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und extrem bemüht, bei Problemen sehr schnell erreichbar. Für sehr kleine Menschen ist die Wohnung eher nicht zu empfehlen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar gut. Was ebenfalls sehr angenehm war, in diesem Dorf gibt es definitiv viel mehr Sizilianer als Touristen. ##### Nadine G. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, der Pool schön erfrischend, sehr ruhige Lage. Martina hat sich bei allen Fragen schnell und hilfreich gekümmert, auch für Restaurantreservierung oder Buchung zum Kletterpark. ##### Annett L. ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Klaus S. 10 mai 2019 #### Sehr schöne Unterkunft und gute Versorgung durch die Vermieter Schöne Unterkunft mit Blick auf das Meer am Hang des Etnas. Es war vollständig eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht, auch die Kleinigkeiten des täglichen Bedarfs wie Öl und Salz oder Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine bis zum Pflaster. Bei uns war leider nicht das Wetter um in den Pool zu gehen, aber den Grill haben wir genutzt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, entsprechend ist es natürlich etwas weiter ins nächste Restaurant. Wir haben Ausflüge auf den Etna und in den Süden und Norden gemacht. Sehr angenehm. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter für alle die den Touristenrummel nicht benötigen. ##### Klaus S. Séjour de 7 nuits en avril 2019 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Francesca S. 10 oct. 2018 #### Entspannend Wir wollten ein bezahlbares Haus mit Pool an einer schönen und ruhiger Lage, mit Bbq und Pool und zwei Schlafzimmer (kind/eltern) . Bis auf die Privacy im Haus hatten wir alles. Schön gepflegte "Anlage". Haus klein aber fein, privater Garten mit Bbq top, Pool war sauber und zum sonnen hatte es kleine Nischen mit Hängematte oder Liegestühle mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Martina war ist eine super Gastgeberin!! Das Häuschen hatte noch einen Minichalet hintendran. Die Wände sind nicht isoliert, darum hört man man die nebenan. Das Zimmer im Haus gibt es auch, doch privacy hatten wir nicht weil die Gallerie(kinderzimmer) vom zimmer nur mit einer Decke getrennt war. Nur darum einen Punkt abzug, weil sonst war es super!
