The townhouse is situated on one of the serene ponds, providing water views and a tranquil atmosphere. The large patio is the perfect spot for an evening dinner after a day of fun.  
  
Inside, find plenty of space to accommodate up to eight adults comfortably. The well-appointed bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat after a day of activities, and the living areas are perfect for gathering and making memories.   
  
Guests will have access to the Sports Level membership, granting access to the community's exceptional amenities. Explore the various pools, tennis courts, fitness center, and clubhouse, ensuring endless entertainment options for everyone. Book your stay today and experience the best of resort-style living in this stunning four-bedroom townhouse.  
  
Club Amenity Fees are based on a per person price/length of stay and will be in addition to the rental rate. If booking on VRBO they will not be included in the price quote.  
  
All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.  
  
This property does not allow pets.  
  
Peninsula rules allow for 3 cars maximum.  
  
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00\. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.  
  
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.  
  
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.  
  
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

#### FABULOUS HOUSE FOR FAMILY GATHERING

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for our family gathering. Absolutely beautiful inside. It had everything we needed. Lots of room that is comfortable and cozy. Great location! The management company was easy to work with. Highly recommend this house!
