Very family friendly neighbors. Extra space in the grass across the street which is part of the property and available for plenty of parking. Extra space in the side yard next to the house for cookouts and yard games which are provided with rental. Splash pad for the swimming area makes it fun and safe for the whole family and is provided by owner. Boat dock is available to tie up single boat for loading and unloading passengers only (boat not included).
