Offering four bedrooms, three full baths, and one-half bath, sleeps up to 8 comfortably and is awaiting your and your family's arrival (sorry, no four-legged family members). This home showcases some of the finest views and perfect sunset viewings from 2 large lake-facing covered porches. Open concept living with beautiful stone fireplace and hardwood flooring on the main level with Large Master Suite with king bed. The lower level has super nice stained concrete flooring and three more bedrooms, one with a king bed and private bath, another with a king bed, and one with full and two twin-size beds. This level also has a gathering area with a large stone fireplace and a large Hot Tub on the back patio. There is also a really cool swing and hammock on the back patio to relax and enjoy the views! Super comfortable throughout to kick back and enjoy your time at Lake Adger. This amazing home is 11.7 miles to Chimney Rock State Park, 11 miles to the Beach at Lake Lure, and 7.5 miles to the Tryon International Equestrian Center (TIEC). If you are feeling energetic and looking for a fun activity, this home offers two kayaks and a flat-bottom boat for your use near the water, which has a deep water boat dock. There is a new 4-seat pedal boat with a sun canopy, too! It takes a bit of energy getting back up to the house as it's 124 steps, but great exercise and has lots of pretty views to stop, catch your breath, and enjoy along the way. We enjoyed not only the house and the lake but also the town. We visited some amazing local farm stands and took a short trip to some really amazing waterfalls. In warmer months, the kayaks would no doubt get lots of use, too. The only concern we had was the HUGE hill in the driveway. One of us has a manual transmission car. The home was perfect for staying with grandparents as well and the kids loved jumping in the lake, boating, fishing and using the hot tub. Everything we needed was there at the house. We had perfect weather and the place couldn't have been better stocked with toiletries, kitchenware and a seat for a gorgeous view from either floor of the house.
