The hot tub is situated with a nice view of the lake and the stone steps down to the lake and little fire pit area/dock are nice. It is also great that it is pet friendly. The host was easy to communicate with. This house has a lot of potential… The bones of it are nice. But it needs new carpet because a the carpet is showing a lot of heavy traffic and stains. The furniture is a hodgepodge and some of it is pretty worn and even broken. The decor is also a hodgepodge like it was gathered from a series of yard sales. We like to cook and found the kitchen is poorly stocked and badly in need of some new pots and pans, baking pans, etc. I think the price point was high for the quality and aesthetic inside the house. ##### Lisa L.
