Enjoy the sounds of the beach and watch the sunsets from the large deck that fronts the beach. Prime Hook Beach is a quiet private beach community. Open concept floorplan - Living, dining and kitchen w/ window views overlooking the bay. Well-equipped kitchen with SS appliances which include: dishwasher, 5- burner glass top stove, side by side full size refrigerator w/icemaker in door, blenders, coffee maker w/carafe & K cup ability. Granite countertops & large island w/seating for (3). Living room w/lg. smart TV, deep comfortable sofa, enjoy the swivel chairs as you watch TV or views of the water. Dining table w/seating for (4). Robin is a very kind and attentive host and is always quick to respond to any of our questions. The house has everything you could need for your beachfront vacation. Even if you forget to pack a good book you are covered as there are several good book options to select from. The appliances work exactly like they should as we used the dishwasher, the washer/dryer, coffee maker, etc. The house was clean upon check in and the beds are very comfortable. Check out is a breeze and the addition of the downstairs area was a nice surprise as my hubby basically used that area for his work space but we also watched the TV down there some evenings. The deck is big enough that you can actually enjoy it and there are no loose railings like we ran into at other houses.
