And we were happy to have a toaster oven, which we have found most rental units don't have. A note to be aware of: the sunroom is only accessible through the primary bedroom, so keep this in mind when planning who in your party will sleep there. We ended up driving to Lewes for our beach days (and walks), but if you are a fan of Prime Hook, this is a great house to rent! ##### Jake F.
