The lady working when we arrived was very nice. Our coffee maker was not working and she immediately brought another one. Then we couldn't seem to get hot water. She again came to our room to check on the hot water. She said that she wanted us to be happy with our stay.

The hotel was fine, although in a mixed area and not really walkable. The room was comfortable and quiet, staff members were polite and helpful, and the breakfast was quite tasty. The only thing I truly missed was a bedside lamp on both sides of the bed; I read late, but my husband settles in earlier than I do.
