Definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here. I booked here for the pool, hot tub, and fitness center specifically and eww. We did not use the pool, the hot tub was covered with floating black lint maybe, unsure, the door to enter the pool and fitness was busted so anyone could enter at anytime. The fitness center, nothing worked, the weight bench was held up by a chair, the cable machine didn’t work, the treadmill kind of worked, it had a massive run in the track so it was loud and very slow… the floors in the rooms were so creaky. To top it all off the cops were there a few hours Friday night, a local finally told us that’s the most sketch place to stay in miles city. I wish I’d have know because it was a huge wast of money unsafe and not clean no room to park our boat. The bathroom water after I showered the water water wouldn’t turn off, my husband tried, it stayed on running hot water continuously. I told front desk at check out and there wasn’t much concern.

You get what you pay for: cheap rate/cheap room
ugh .... the room was very dated. the wood floor under the carpeting made SO much noise when you walked on it! the bathroom floor had hairs collected in the corners. the continental breakfast was supposed to be ready at 6:30 and was not put out until close to 7. the room was 60 degrees when we got into it (it's December in Montana!) and we bumped the thermostat up to 72 while we went out to find supper. upon returning to the room (it was now warm) we turned down the heat to 68, yet the room stayed SO hot, we slept without the covers the entire night. It's a Motel, not a hotel: outside doors to the rooms and the guest that parked right in front of our room, started up his LARGE diesel engine at 6am and it was LOUD. you get what you pay for (it WAS a relatively cheap night), but we were not impressed.

No one was there to check us in and no one ever came. I had called ahead to say I would be there at 10:00pm just so they new I would be a little later. They supposedly check people in until 12pm. Two guys were sleeping on the couch in the lobby. Had to pay for a different hotel.

Could not stay here had to rent another room.
Bed smelled like pee. Had stains and dirt on carpet. Could not stay here had to find another room. No refund had to pay twice to sleep. I’d the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. And I book 1000+ rooms a year.

We left our rooms for some water and snacks. Cam back to the room and we were locked out for 9 hours. We had no clothes, no keys, no phones, no medications, and no toiletries. They wouldn't call a locksmith and the maintenance person didnt show up until nearly check out time. They finally called a locksmith and he go us in the room.

The room we checked into hadn’t been cleaned. There was a ton of animal hair all over the room. The beds were really dirty, looked like the sheets hadn’t even been changed.

Exceeding our every expectation.
Clean and welcoming best describes our stay in suite. We opened the door, it was cool, the lights were on as we were greeted by our room. Breakfast was very good, one of the best we have ever enjoyed in a motel. Heck we could have had a bowl of chili as we checked in but declined choosing instead to enjoy a local restaurant. All in all, very pleasantly surprised by an older "landmark" motel in Miles City.

Nothing good to say. Hair in the tub, hair in the sink. Hot tub and pool are out of service, they were why we picked this hotel and they don’t work. Staff can’t help because they are not managers. Callled Best Western Corporate and they are working on it but I feel Expedia is responsible. Not pleased. Third hotel this summer that Expedia has listed incorrectly.

Disappointed no pool!
Booked this for the pool. But upon arriving there is a sign at the desk that the pool is out of order. So had to disappoint the kids at the end of a road trip. Room key stopped working so had to have it reset. Breakfast was ok. Staff kept checking the food but did not replenish items such as milk and the omelettes. Instead of emptying the trash as it got full, he would move the paper plates from it into another less full trash container. We should have paid a little more to go across the street to the Sleep Inn. Parking is tight! Beware of parking in the corners as you can get blocked in by other vehicles. It’s all paved and facing the busy road. You have to go around to the side street to take your pet to a grassy spot.

Well the whole place had a really bad musty/moldy smell to it. We drove for hours and were looking forward to swimming with our 3 kids and it was closed and taped off. If I would've known all this I would've chose somewhere else to stay. I was very disatisfied. The shower also felt like you were going to fall through the bottom of it. It didn't feel clean to me

Staff at front desk were very friendly, but the hotel room and the outside property were in rough shape. Outside, every garbage can was overflowing. In our room, the only things that had been cleaned were the linens and the refrigerator. The tub had mold, lots of hair, and the shower curtain was soaked and stained. Room smelled strongly of cigarettes. Towels were stained. I brought my own Clorox wipes and cleaned the bathroom, sink, floor, and all surfaces in the room. The wipes were brown after cleaning all of these areas. Carpet was definitely not vacuumed. Air conditioning worked, but smelled musty.
