"We went to Milazzo to take the ferry to the Aeolian Islands for a day trip. Our original day trip was canceled but the hotel manager was able to quickly arrange another one. He also recommended several wonderful restaurants and we had two of the best meals of our trip. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent and offered a lot of variety. I highly recommend this hotel and it’s professional stsff"

"The hotel is very well maintained for an older property. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff spoke English which was helpful for someone trying to learn Italian. The full breakfast that was included with the cost of the room was excellent and a nice surprise. "

"It is very noisy at night ( Friday ).The bar next door plays loud music with people drinking in the street until 2am.!!!! Finally they go home at about 3am. It is such a shame because everything else is so good. I can not recommend it for this reason."

For those who prefer not to stay in the midst of bustling tourist areas but still want to be close to various attractions, within walking distance of a lovely beach, and greeted by the hotel's warm and cheerful staff, we highly recommend the Donna Rosa Hotel!"
