Free of charge. The neighborhood is bustling with restaurants, wine bars, supermarkets and gourmet shops with multi-ethnic cuisine does not disturb the quiet of the apartment on the top floor of a bright and comfortable apartment. The City Life shopping center is just a few minutes’ walk away as are the House of Leonardo da Vinci, (the frescoes and reconstructions of his inventions are preserved in the Science Museum), the Archaeological Museum, the Triennale Museum, the Duomo and the Sforza Renaissance Castle. For businessmen attending events, conferences and fairs, public transport is guaranteed by the proximity to the Wagner and Buonarroti subway stations (Red Line). Those fans interested in football matches can take the tram n. 16 ending in San Siro stadium or close to the former Hippodrome famous for its concerts and events. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, cuttlery and pots for those who want to try their hand at preparing pasta, pizzas and roasts. A good espresso or cappuccino is what the Lavazza machine can give us in the morning. In the bedroom you will find a Queen size bed (160x200) complete with topper, large wardrobe and workspace with Wi-Fi and monitor. Summer air conditioning and independent heating for the winter. Relaxation space with sofa bed (140x200), smart TV, Bluray player, air conditioning and reading lamps. The kitchenette includes a large fridge, oven and 4 burners and obviously a table and everything needed for the meals of 4 people. The bathroom includes a small tub with shower, bidet, toilet as well as a large mirror, hairdryer, soap and shampoo. The owners live in the adjacent apartment and are therefore happy to help guests with any need aimed at improving the quality of their Milanese experience. N.B. Anyone traveling with a rented or owned car will be able to leave it in the private manned and CCTV monitored garage, located 500 meters away from the apartment. (the size is: 5.10 meters long x 2.76 meters wide). The apartment is on the top floor (with lift) of a characteristic "railing" building which allows you to relax on the balcony. The height above street level transforms the noise of the frenetic comings and goings of customers crowding the dozens of restaurants, pubs, wine bars and pizzerias into an almost imperceptible buzz in the distance. On the other hand, the Ravizza-Marghera-Sanzio triangle is increasingly a crossroads of traditional Mediterranean and multi-ethnic gastronomy. The Wagner Metro station is 50 meters away on foot while the Buonarroti station is the favorite for those going to the San Siro stadium or Rho Fiera. The elegant City Life shopping center and the adjacent Milan City Fair are a few dozen meters further away for those who prefer walking.
