Bright apartment of about 43 square meters, able to comfortably accommodate 4 people, is located on the second floor of a building with a lift (steps to access the building and the lift). The accommodation is located in the Certosa area and is close to Corso Sempione, Fiera Milanocity, Piazza Firenze, Casa Milan, Tennis Club Alberto Bonacossa, Piazza Portello; furthermore, all areas of the city are easily reachable, in some cases on foot and in others by taking public transport.

The internal space is organized as follows:  
  
\- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, TV, dining table and chairs and access to the balcony;  
  
\- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, moka, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;  
  
\- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and access to the balcony;  
  
\- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine;  
  
\- BALCONIES (two) with access from the living room and the bedroom.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period of switching on and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood near the important Fiera di Milano and Piazza Firenze, an area very well served by the main tram lines (1, 12, 14, 19) and connected to the city center. The property is located near Viale Certosa. In addition, there are numerous places of the Milan nightlife, such as Cafè Disco Gattopardo, where you can also have delicious aperitifs, or the Piccola Ischia pizzeria to enjoy excellent Neapolitan pizzas.  
  
In the area there are several supermarkets, including a Naturasì supermarket in Via Petitti, a large Esselunga supermarket in Via Mac Mahon and a Coop hyperstore right in front of the Velodromo Vigorelli. Finally, there is no shortage of restaurants - a pizzeria and an excellent trattoria are located in Via Mac Mahon - pharmacies (in Viale Monte Ceneri), a post office and shops.

\- From Milan Linate Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking bus no. 973 to the Corso di P.ta Vittoria 31 stop, from where you can take tram no. 12 to the Via Mac Mahon-Via Arteri stop, a 7-minute walk from the property.   
  
\- From Milan Malpensa Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Terravision bus service to Stazione Centrale, from where you can take bus no. 91 from the Stazione Centrale-Via Tonale stop (8 minutes walk from the station) to the Via Bartolini-V.le M.te Ceneri stop, a 7-minute walk from the property.
