This is not a hotel, it's an apartment in an old building. You have to check in at an office that's about a 10 minute walk on another street. With that being said, the overall experience was great. It was an authentic Italian feel. Everything was new inside the apartment and very clean. The person that checked us in was great. He spoke English, Spanish, and Italian. The price was great for the location and convenience to the Milan Central train station.
