We had the trip from hell and because of a flight delay missed our scheduled train and ended up arriving 3 hours later than agreed. They were great in accommodating our tardiness and Gianluca was great. From a thorough walk through and help with some special transportation, they went out of their way to assist. The apartment itself is amazing. Comfortable, clean with a European vibe in the heart of the Duomo District was a perfect place to be close to trains and other public transportation to whisk you to the train station and points beyond.
