  • "Pantano5 Suite" est un studio sur deux niveaux dans le centre historique et commercial de la ville; bien desservi par les transports en commun (la station de métro la plus proche juste 50m), il est la solution idéale pour les gens d'affaires ou les couples qui souhaitent découvrir Milan et ses beautés.

    Pour les amateurs de culture à distance de marche de la Piazza Duomo, la Pinacoteca di Brera, La Scala, et de nombreux musées et des églises; Le Leonardo Last Supper est à quelques arrêts de bus. Aussi à distance des nombreuses possibilités de shopping à pied: le «quadrilatérale de la mode" avec l'élégante Via Montenapoleone, le luxe méga-magasin La Rinascente, les nombreuses boutiques de Via Torino. Et la nuit après une agréable promenade à travers la vieille Milan plongez dans le quartier animé de Brera, les Colonnes de San Lorenzo et les canaux.

    Studio 30 m² au rez-de-chaussée, donnant sur la cour de la maison « 700. Confortable et très calme, l'appartement est entièrement meublé et équipé.
    Vivre avec un petit canapé, une table avec des chaises et une télévision à écran plat. salon avec lit double et une grande armoire de couchage. Kitchenette avec plaques électriques, petit réfrigérateur et micro-ondes. Salle de bains avec douche et bidet.
    Plafond avec poutres et pierres de pavage original de 1700; porte blindée; chauffage central; système de climatisation.
    A disposition des hôtes machine à laver, fer et planche à repasser, aspirateur, ustensiles de cuisine et nettoyage de l'appartement.

    Remarques
    Compte tenu de l'emplacement de la voiture ne sont pas indispensables. Pour ceux qui viennent en voiture, accord de stationnement à 150m - 20 € toutes les 24 heures.
    Le salon est relié à la chambre par un escalier en colimaçon; l'appartement est donc pas adapté pour les personnes âgées ou les enfants.

Elisabetta is a great hostess, very clear communication to support our arrival. We were able to drop our bags off before check in, so we could explore Milan freely. She oriented us to the surrounding areas and even instructed us how to take the metro to Linate when we left, rather than pay for a cab; with her guidance is was easy and way cheaper. The studio was perfectly located central to everything we wanted to explore. We had fun walking around Milan and soaking in all the sites. It was cozy, charming with the original floors & ceilings, & well appointed for short stays. Highly recommend!

This was a wonderful stay! Perfectly located (safe and quiet), everything we needed was within walking distance, including the train! Communication was smooth and Elisabetta has everything well thought out (including food recommendations). Would definitely recommend this stay to others.

Excellent location close to the Duomo. Elisabetta was very communicative and helpful. Very clean and comfortable place. Love that the bedroom (up in the loft) was separate from the main area. I definitely recommend this place.

The room was clean. And after 10 days of travel it was nice to have a washer. To hang dry our clothes. Great location! Cute little apartment. The only thing I would say negative would be the bed. And the headboard wasn’t attached so every move you made the headboard rattled and not really enough space to move the bed away from it.

Communication was excellent before and during check-in, with very helpful suggestions on travel to the apt. And the location is perfect for hitting major attractions by foot or public transit. The only meaningful complaint is that while all the key elements are present, this is very much a budget furnishing choice, so the comfort level and functional piece reflects that. And the condition of some pieces was lacking. Note that the bed particularly is almost impossible to enter and exit from the side, given the 8-10” of floor space on each side… and on the bathroom side, there is a by-pass latch on the wardrobe that will take a bite out of you if you don’t manage to limbo past it (it got me once).

Property was as described. Communication was great. Location is very good. Dropped a star because of the noise made by the garbage men at 4:00 am (studio is on the ground floor and garbage for all the apartments is located in the central area).
